With close to three decades of dedicated learning and professional experience behind him, Jeff coaches business and organizational leaders, and has worked both nationally and internationally.
Jeff completed his MS and ABD Industrial/Organizational Psychology and Organization Development from 1986 – 1991. He continued his education at the University of Delaware where he completed a BS in Psychology and English in 1985.
Jeff has completed several licenses and certifications such as an EQi-2.0 + EQ 360 Emotional Intelligence, AQai Adaptability, Executive Coach, and an advanced Feedback Certification, among several others.
Since 2013, he is the Managing Principal for Leadership Insights & Development, LLC.
